For the fourth year running in 2010, LANXESS sponsors a cultural exchange between musicians from China and Germany. The young musicians met the first time 2007 in Shanghai  for their joint concerts at the young.euro.classic music festival.

For ten years now, the best youth orchestras from Europe and many other parts of the world have been coming together for the young.euro.classic festival. The orchestras feature classical works of symphonic music, musical rarities from their countries of origin and contemporary orchestral works.
